Our technical staff follows the whole process down to the issue of certifications proving the correct commissioning of the machine and its successful testing.
Involvement from startup provides in-depth knowledge of the machine and therefore faster maintenance or technical assistance.
This activity is followed, especially for machines installed abroad, by the training of the customer's personnel, in order to make them as autonomous as possible in the management of the machine and of emergencies that can be resolved via remote assistance, another of our services.
If the machine operator or workshop manager is properly trained they will be able to diagnose faults faster, helping our technical staff to give a precise and quicker evaluation, thus cutting intervention time and therefore service costs.
